005                                    Experimenting with new techniques of fabrication, I began to learn the process of desktop glass blowing during my studies in Barcelona. My inspiration for these organically formed vessels were the highly ornamented Venetian glass goblets and lidded cups found in the British Museums collection. Each vessel is made from borosilicate glass, a glass used for scientific glassware like test tubes etc.
